探索度假村-搖籃山 (Discovery Resorts - Cradle Mountain)

非常棒的地方，位於搖籃山景區內。開車到魔鬼保護區（Devils Sanctuary）和遊客中心僅需兩分鐘，非常方便。小木屋設計合理，帶有露台，經常有小動物來露台“打招呼”。小客廳很溫馨，廚房用具也很齊全。我們在這裡度過了非常開心的兩晚。

我有SPA浴室房，可住4人，訂房前看房屋外表不太美，入住後好有驚喜，裝修好新，好潔淨，廚房用品齊全，入園區又近又方便，好選擇。

Fantastic stay. This is also one of the closest accommodations to the visitor centre.  Absolutely cosy vibes with the wooden interior and balcony. Space is big with lots of room to navigate, and have separate areas for to do different things.  Lounge area has games (and heating, of course) if you are locked in by the weather which I thought was a nice touch. There is also a library of DVDs for you to borrow from if you’d like (lots of kids friendly titles). You can also see cradle mountain from the lounge area. Kitchenette was also well furnished with sufficient items for us to do our cooking (you’d know that there aren’t much amenities in the area, please arrive prepared), including salt, pepper, and oil which other places may not actually didn’t provide in a kitchenette. 

爬完山.暖暖地泡個澡，不要太舒服。獨幢木屋，房間不算小，床都有電熱毯。服務挺好的，提早開了暖氣，屋外大雪紛飛，屋裡麵暖洋洋的。做飯的東西也還算齊全，不過調料要自備。陽台外還會有小動物光顧，非常夢幻。搖籃山住一夜真的不夠，一定要安排兩夜以上~

就在搖籃山景區裡面，非常方便。廚房，洗衣房，公共餐廳咖吧都有，服務員很不錯，主動兌換硬幣用於洗衣服。咖吧裡可以直接遠眺搖籃山，無敵了。

Disappointing Stay - It's Not Worth the Price We booked a chalet listed as suitable for 4 guests. Like most hotels, we assumed the booking was based on the number of rooms rather than the number of guests, especially since no meals were included. Upon check-in with my family (4 guests and a toddler), the receptionist insisted our booking was only for 2 people and charged us for the additional guests which we were willing to accept. However, because we had a child (3 years old), we were told we had to be moved to a 6-person cabin with bunk beds and a queen bed, instead of the 1 king and 1 queen that we originally booked. The king bed would have been much more comfortable for co-sleeping. We were charged extra for this, and informed that only children aged 2 and below stay free, it was unusual and a policy that was not stated clearly at the time of booking. The staff were cold and unhelpful, which added to the overall disappointment. From check-in to general assistance, there was a clear lack of warmth and hospitality. It felt more transactional than welcoming, which is not what you'd expect from a destination hotel in such a beautiful location. The cabin itself was shabby and underwhelming for the price and especially during off-peak season. Amenities were minimal. Heating was poor, making the room uncomfortable in Cradle Mountain’s cold weather. The food quality at the restaurant was expensive and mediocre, nothing memorable or particularly enjoyable. `Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. For what we paid, we could have stayed in far better accommodation in the area. Fortunately, 訂房網站 provided outstanding service throughout, which helped make up for the poor hotel experience. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

沒有注意需要在下午六點前辦理入住手續，等我們搖籃山徒步結束後到酒店，剛過十分鐘，一開始我們以為是reception 的入口找錯了（正規酒店，非民宿之類的，所以沒想到這麼早就不能辦理入住了，8點才日落）reception 櫃枱明明坐著兩個工作人員（玻璃門，外面可見），無論我們敲門還是示意，他們就是搖手一個動作。門口貼著需用郵件裡給的密碼打開小鐵盒，裡面有鑰匙。可是我的郵件裡赫然幾個大字：無法顯示郵件內容！沒辦法，打酒店電話，不接，轉語音，我們衹好留言。正打算聯繫訂房網站，裡面的人總算出來了，打開鐵盒，把鑰匙給我們了。真是太傲慢了！！！

位置很好，旁邊就是搖籃山，房間面積還可以，旁邊有個cafe，有午餐和晚餐

位置非常棒，搖籃山遊客中心就在對面，酒店別墅數量有限，需要提早預訂，環境非常生態，酒店的餐廳是上榜的餐廳，需要提前預訂，菜式與紅酒非常棒！
